“This is when Big Bullets will be officially crowned champions,” Banda said.

Meanwhile, the designate champions are targeting nine points from their remaining four games against Blue Eagles, Mzuni FC, Fisd Wizards and Civo.

Bullets vice-general secretary Kelvin Moyo said they want to collect at least nine points so that they finish the season at a record 69 points.

Moyo said they would like to break the record set by Escom United in 2007/08 season when they finished at 65 points, the highest to date.

Bullets, who won the title with 62 points in 2014 season, start their quest this weekend when they face Eagles at Nankhaka in Lilongwe on Sunday. n
