Cultural afternoon returns

Dikamawoko Arts is at it again. After hosting a cultural arts afternoon last month, the group returns at the new and revamped Nyasa Club of the Warehouse in Blantyre.

Director of Dikamawoko Tawonga Nkhonjera disclosed that the cultural festival will unleash dancer, Thenisan from Dikamawoko Dance Troupe, supported by Triza, Alena and Grizel.

“The dancers will show Chinamawali, Lupanda, Beni and Vimbuza dances, covering a wide spectrum of Malawian districts,” said Tawonga.

Nkhonjera also said that Dikamawoko Theatre would stage the satire Tubes and Containers in fragments.

Agorosso, new member who wowed the audience during last performance, will also perform and bring into life some of his Sena-styled songs.

Meanwhile, Dikamawoko Theatre is scheduled to perform Tubes and Containers at Soche Technical College tonight.
