Central West Education Division (Cwed) has engaged some Super League teams in its preparations for the 2013 Copa Coca-Cola finals scheduled for August 2 in Mzuzu.

The Cwed team will play Civo United tomorrow at Civo Stadium. This is the second fixture following a 1-1 draw against Epac FC on Wednesday.

“We also have a game against Blue Eagles on Sunday. We have 25 players in camp at Lilongwe Government Primary School and we want to form a team that can win us honours in Mzuzu,” said Cwed coach Innocent Kaundula in an interview on Wednesday.

According to Kaundula, Cwed has won the competition six times since its inception.

While Cwed, which has won the competition six times since inception, is having smooth preparations, the situation is different with South Education Division (Sed), which is lacking funds to start camp, according to chairperson Brenda Masauko.

On the other hand, South East Education Division (Seed) will start camp on Saturday, according to chairperson James Chambo.
