Davido plans Malawi return
Nigerian superstar Davido, has revealed plans to perform in Malawi, a month after hitting the headlines for allegedly assaulting a guard at Sunbird Capital in Lilongwe.
The news will shock most Malawians following the superstars ‘bored’ tweet that angered many on social platforms.
“Next stop in LA, Kenya, Malawi, Burundi, Gambia, Malaysia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Angola. See u soon… Get ur tickets” the Nigerian superstar posted on his social network accounts yesterday.
He further spread the word on his Facebook IamDavido account by sharing a screenshot of his Instagram post and captioning it: “Second African tour starts in 2 weeks get ur tickets.”
Davido was in the country in January to formalise his ambassadorship with the Go Green Initiative.
It was reported then that the artist would return to Malawi next month for a gig in Lilongwe.
