Great Angels in door-to-door performances

The Great Angels Choir has embarked on a door-to-door performance campaign to create hype for the launch of its website on September 29 at Bingu International Convention Centre (Bicc) in Lilongwe.

The choir’s events coordinator, Levie Msakambewa, said in an interview, adding that the choir wants to interact with its fans through the 30-minute performances before the main event.

“The Great Angels is a people’s choir which strives to create a close link with its fans for a fulfilling family entertainment,” he said

Msakambewa added that the Great Angels Choir is confident that come next month, its musical brand will be all over the world, courtesy of the website.

“By October we want the choir to penetrate the international audiences with a simple finger click. All is set to roll out the website where people from all over the world will be able to browse and book the choir,” he said.

The launch will be graced by South African gospel giant Sipho Makhabane who has said he is set to come to Malawi in a video clip which The Nation has seen. n
