When we begin to talk about cellular nutrition, it is best to understand what the cell is and its composition. Many people might think this is just another class and would want to drop reading this, but if we are to become healthy beings, there is need to understand the very basics of what it means to be healthy. As previously discussed, the human being is made up of trillions of cells. By simple definition, a cell is a basic unit of life. The body cells are the source of the body’s energy supply and the core of your health.
The cell is covered by a protective sheath called the cell membrane. The free encyclopedia defines the cell membrane as a biological membrane that separates the interior of all cells from the outside environment. The cell membrane is selectively permeable to ions, organic molecules and controls the movement of substances in and out of cells. This type of substance control is very important in human nutrition because it determines what comes in and what goes out of the cell.
Thus, the cell membrane is the critical control point of nutrition and basic human health. In this regard, it is essential to ensure that the cell membrane is strong and healthy.
Cell membranes contain a variety of biological molecules, notably lipids and proteins. Therefore, to maintain a healthy profile, the cell membranes need to be fed with the right quantities of lipids and proteins. These can be obtained from the diet as well as supplementation with the right vitamins and minerals.
One such supplement is a product called Tre-en-en (or simply three essentials oils in one). Avidly researched, Tre-en-en has been proven to assist the cell in enabling better use of available nutrients, enhancing cardiovascular development and providing greater adrenal activity which results in increased energy levels and improved response to stress. So go ahead and try this product and feel the real benefits at the cellular level.
