Intosports sponsors darts team

Intosports, a sportswear shop located at Chichiri Shopping Centre in Blantyre, has taken over sponsorship of a Thyolo-based Intosports darts team by investing K600 000.

One of the club’s officials Goodwin Mwakanema expressed gratitude to Intosports’ managing director Shabir Ismail for the gesture.

The sponsorship is in form of equipment, including 15 quality blue golf shirts, 15 sets of Assassin Tungsten darts and two top-of-the-range Harrows dartboards.

According to Mwakanema, the team is currently in Division Two of the Blantyre and Districts Darts League and are third on the log table.
