NPL undertakes both internal and external recruitment based on needs analysis and skills availability. All recruitment of staff to fill established positions in the company is undertaken and coordinated by the administration and human resource department.
Appointment of employees to fill positions in all grades are carried out by an interview panel set up for the purpose and approved by the chief executive officer while recruitment of staff to fill certain senior positions to be defined from time to time are undertaken by the board of directors.
