“It is great news to Malawians. All Malawi national netball team, the Queens, games will be live on SuperSport. We will release the schedule shortly,” he said.

Malawi will start the campaign against host Australia on Saturday afternoon.

Their second game is against England later in the afternoon before wrapping up the day against Jamaica in the evening.

The Queens face archrivals South Africa and New Zealand on Sunday afternoon.

The final will be played on Sunday evening.

Meanwhile, coach Griffin Saenda has promised to finish in top four at the tournament.

“I have faith and confidence in the squad that I have selected for the task,” Saenda said before leaving for Australia.

The Fast5 was contested for the first time in October 2009 featuring modified rules that include five players-a-side, shortened quarters, multiple point shots and double point power plays.

Each team plays each other once during the first two days in a round-robin format.

The four highest-scoring teams from this stage progress to the finals.

New Zealand have won most Fast5 titles.

They won in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014 while England won the 2011 series.

Malawi finished fifth in 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013 and sixth in 2014. n
