Ndefeyo boss Khumbo Munthali told The Nation “they are very excited to have Skeffa for the first time at Mibawa”.

“After our extensive research from our patrons we discovered that people were yearning to catch a glimpse of Skeffa’s magic. So bringing him is just part of our favourable response to our customers,” he said.

Equally ecstatic was Skeffa who, in an interview on Thursday, could not hide his return to Blantyre after months of missing it.

“It’s been long since I performed in Blantyre. The show at Mibawa will be an expression of my return to the city I missed dearly. I have owed Blantyre for long,” he said.

The soft spoken star added that Real Sounds is in its musical apogee as such fans should expect the greatest show of the year.

Among others, fans should expect stars like Davie Nsaku and Kaka dishing out the best.

Bringing in Skeffa is just an extension of Nde’feyo’s gesture of making Mibawa a heaven of great entertainment that invites the best of Malawi’s musicians. Others that have performed since Nde’feyo’s took over Mibawa Cafe, inlcude: Lulu, Lucius Banda and Black Missionaries.

The show is pegged at K2 500.
