Trans World offers Tisanthule Baibulo online

Trans World Radio (TRW), as one way of giving back to its listeners, partners and friends during the Christmas and New Year festivities, has made available Tisanthule Baibulo (TTB) programme online.

According to a press release, the bringing online for TTB programme onhttp://ttb.twr.org/chichewa is expected to greatly impact lives near and far away from Malawi.

twr“TWR is proud to make the contribution to its listeners by making available online the first-ever Malawian content in such large quantities.

“TWR wishes to encourage listeners, friends and partners to visit the page, listen as well as download free. Contributions to support the programme are welcome through details on the page,” reads the release from TWR national director Victor Kawonga.

TTB programme, first produced in Malawi in 1998 and aired on short wave from Manzini, Swaziland until mid-2000, currently airs on FM from Lilongwe only.

The programme takes the listener through the entire Bible in just five years, threading back and forth between the Old and New Testaments.

Continues to read the statement: “Because we start over again with Genesis after we’ve concluded Revelation, you can “get aboard the Bible bus” at any time. If you stay with us for five years you won’t miss any part of the Bible.”

The statement also said TWR offices in Lilongwe and Blantyre also have copies of the programme so listeners can walk in and get soft copies for edification at their time of convenience.

Production costs for TTB have been and are met through the faithful financial support of listeners in Malawi since April 2012.
