Twenty-nine students received certificates after undergoing a three-year training in general fitting and discipleship at Evangelical Church of Malawi Vocational Training Institute in Blantyre.

The graduation was graced by Sacramenta director Peter Meijer who was the guest of honour. The college’s principal, Benson Mongiwa, said students are trained to produce various artefacts, maintain industrial machines and welding and fabrication.

The college, which opened its doors in 2001, is in Chilomoni behind Surestream Stadium. The picture shows a student receiving a certificate from Meijer. —Bobby Kabango, Staff Reporter
