The going continues to be tough for newcomers Aquaid Queens in the OG Issa Southern Region Netball League (SRNL) as they suffered their 13th defeat on Sunday when they lost 58-15 to hosts Chiradzulu Medicals.

The Lunzu-based side remains the only one without a point in the 12-team contest since the start of the second round last week. They lost their first second round fixture 103-11 to Woget Stars.

The team’s manager Lexon Jumbe attributed the team’s poor showing to naivety among his players and also the return of their key players to boarding schools and workplaces.

Chiradzulu Medicals, with 18 points from 14 games, have snatched the eight slot on the log table from Rock Queens.

Woget Stars have overtaken MTL Queens on the third slot following their 58-18 whacking of Chitakale Sisters at the BYC on Sunday. The Stars have 30 points from 13 games whereas MTL Queens have 27 points from 11 games.
