“Basically, the key issues on the agenda will be the team’s performance last season and also map the way forward as regards the expiry of the current executive and main supporters committees’ tenure of office,” said Jumbe.

The meeting comes days after some Wanderers zonal supporters committee members presented a petition to the trustees asking them to call for elections.BeForward_nomads_club_house

The Nomads last held an elective annual general meeting (AGM) in March 2014 and during that time, their electoral committee secretary Henry Chibowa announced that the next elections would be held after two years.

Last season, the Nomads finished fourth in the TNM Super League, won the Carlsberg Cup and finished as runners-up in the Standard Bank Knockout Cup. n
