Big Bullets executive accepts Jomo’s resignation

Big Bullets FC executive committee has accepted the resignation of its main supporters’ committee chairperson Isaac Jomo Osman.

He has since been replaced by his deputy Stone Mwamadi.

Bullets general secretary Harold Fote yesterday said despite Osman’s failure to tender in his resignation letter, the executive committee accepted his decision based on the public announcement.

“He made a public announcement through both electronic and print media and we felt it was proper to agree to his wishes. Afterall, in the constitution, it is not defined how one can resign.

“We wish Mr. Osman all the best in his future endeavours and we hope he will remain a loyal supporter of Bullets and continue to offer advice whereever necessary,” he said.

Osman announced his resignation a week ago after a fallout with some of the executive members, including club chairperson Kondi Msungama, who accused him of grabbing the team’s revenue from gate collections.
