Bisnowaty joins parliamentary race
Business tycoon David Bisnowaty on Thursday presented his nomination papers to stand as an independent Parliament for Lilongwe City Centre Constituency.
Speaking when he presented the papers, Bisnowaty said he chose to contest as an independent because he is at liberty to work with the government of the day. The picture shows other party supporters scrambling for sweets from the aspirant.
