Carlsberg Malawi Limited applied a smudge of elegance on Carlsberg Cup semi-finalists on Thursday when they presented personalised kits worth K5.2 million to defending champions Big Bullets, Silver Strikers, Mighty Be Forward Wanderers and Moyale Barracks at Chiwembe Technical Centre in Blantyre.

Each team received 30 pieces of Adidas uniforms that have been embellished with players’ names, club logos and team colours ahead of the semi-final clashes this weekend when Bullets will meet Silver at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre and Wanderers will face Moyale at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe.

“It is also part of going by global football standards that require footballers to have own names at the back of their jerseys. We are proud to be part of this beautiful game,” said Carlsberg Malawi senior brands manager Twikale Chirwa.
