Big Bullets burly forward Chiukepo Msowoya left the country on Thursday for trials in Lebanon and Tanzania, Bullets vice-general secretary Kelvin Moyo has confirmed.

However, the Lebanon outfit could not be revealed, but the Tanzanian top league side has been identified as Azam FC.

“He is expected to be on trials in both countries. As Bullets, we wish him well and we will not block him,” Moyo said.

Msowoya, who notched eight goals in the TNM Super League first-round, has just returned from South Africa where he was doing trials at the Premier Soccer League (PSL) side Bidvest Wits FC.

However, there are doubts over his signing as the club has just signed another striker Ruggert Nyundu from Polokwane City, reportedly, after being put off by an unidentified Bullets official who called Wits asking how much they could pay for the player. n
