Kanyenda wins Malawians’ battle
Veteran striker Esau Kanyenda triumphed in a South Africa Premiership battle involving Malawians, scoring when Polokwane City thumped compatriot Atusaye Nyondo’s University of Pretoria 3-0 on Sunday.

On Saturday night, Robert Ng’ambi was substituted for the first time this season but that did not prevent his Platinum Stars from defeating Kaizer Chiefs 1-0 at the FNB Stadium and qualify for the Telkom Knockout final.
