Kips Restaurant named best fast foods outlet in CICM awards

Kips Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor was on Friday named the best fast foods outlet in the Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) 2022 Malawi Service Excellence Awards.

Speaking after receiving the award, Kips managing director Asif Gillan said the award is a return of the services and dedication they offer to the general public.

“We will continue offering best services to Malawians and also allow our customers to give us feedback on areas we have to improve,” he said.

On his part, Kwanza PR marketing manager Tenashi Mukwani  who were the organisers  of the event said service provision is the heart of every business.

He said: “These awards reminds service providers that they are doing and great job in there industry and this also encourages other companies to work on their customer service provision.”
