Ladies party the night out at Sunbird Capital

Hordes of women in Malawi’s capital, Lilongwe, partied all night at Sunbird Capital at a ladies night that the hotel organised.

Fashion, glitz and glamour were the common elements among the women, who, for once, forgot about challenges that come along with womanhood and motherhood.

From à la mode stilettos, to fascinators, designer purses and outfits, they all came; it was an exquisite night.

After wining and dining and a raffle draw that saw five women winning accommodation vouchers, dinner vouchers, gym membership and salon vouchers, it was time for the business of the night; dancing.

The ladies boogied like there was no tomorrow, some gyrating as if their life depended on it. Others sung along to popular tunes like P Square’s Chop my Money, Naeto C’s Ten over Ten, Mampi’s Walinowelela, Piksy’s Unamata and old hits like Mike and the Mechanics’ Over My Shoulder, while having the fun of their lives.

Sunbird corporate sales executive Atupele Mangochi said they organised the event to give ladies an opportunity to mingle and share experiences while having fun.

Ladies night goes to Mzuzu on Friday.
