The renewal of the marriage vows between Boniface and Nita Mandere, takes place during the 9.30am mass, but the coffee morning fundraiser will start way before the 6am mass, according to St Pius circle coordinating couple, Willard and Patricia Gama.

The 9.30am mass also serves as a traditional monthly mass for the ME group in the Southern Region, according to Willard and Patricia.

The coordinating couple said after the monthly mass and the coffee morning, a reception for Boniface and Nita follows at St Pius’ Great Hall.

Willard and Patricia said part of the money to be raised is meant to be used for recruitment of ME members and also for contributions towards ME’s 30th Anniversary in Malawi celebrations to take place at St Pius on September 12 this year.
