Ingredients

 

Flour

Irish potatoes cut into small pieces

Soda/yeast/baking powder

Onions

Salt

Spices (of your liking)

Water

Cooking oil

How to prepare

Boil the potatoes and the onions in one pot. Add some salt. Do not overcook. When they are done, make a paste with the flour, soda and water. Mix the potatoes into the paste. Heat the cooking oil almost to a boil and use hand to scoop in portions into the pan. When nice and brown, let them cool and serve.
