Mutharika appoints Fredrick Ndala press secretary

Malawi President Peter Mutharika has today appointed Frederick Ndala and Timpunza Mwansambo as Press Secretary and Deputy Press Secretary respectively.

“State House wishes to inform all Malawians that it has pleased His Excellency State President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika to appoint Mr. Frederick Ndala and Mr. Timpunza Mwansambo as State House Press Secretary and Deputy Press Secretary respectively,” Chikondi Juma State House press officer said in a brief statement today.

She said the two appointments are with immediate effect.

Ndala is Malawi News editor at Blantyre Newspapers Limited while Mwansambo is a Mzuzu based broadcaster at state-owned Malawi Broadcasting Corporation.
