NBM to offer high class service during trade fair

Financial services provider National Bank of Malawi (NBM) has said it will offer high class banking services to both exhibitors and visitors to this year’s International Trade Fair which starts from June 20 to 29.

According to a press statement released this week signed by the bank’s corporate affairs manager Annie Magola, at the trade fair their services will include encashments, accepting deposits, and foreign exchange transactions.

“If foreign participants want us to change their forex for local currency we will assist them and offer them a good exchange rate. At the fair the bank will also promote its brand loyalty through technology displays,” said Magola.

NBM has a number of electronic and mobile payment systems including Visa, Mo626ice mobile phone service which can be used to pay DStv bills. The bank will soon also introduce MasterCard according to NBM.

According to Magola, during the trade fair the bank will respond to questions its clients may have on products and services and have demonstrations on how customers can transact and access some products.
