One of the dazzling music artists in the country, Piksy has promised mature and well blended tracks in his forthcoming solo album, which is due to come out in October under his newly formed band, The Langwani Movement.

The 10-track Nthunzi is being produced at different studios with the most versatile producers including DJ Sley, Uzzy Uganda and 123 Records. Eight tracks are already done.

Some of the tracks that are already enjoying air play are Tsoka Liyenda, which has a stunning video, Maloto and Oh Yeah.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Malawi News Agency over the weekend after a performance at Kasungu Inn, the Unamata star promised a continued mission in entertaining music lovers in the country as he grows musically.

“I do not take for granted the support rendered to me by my fans. For this reason, I will release a music video this coming Friday for the song Oh Yeah. It has been shot in an old school version which I believe would leave my fans entertained,” highlighted Piksy.

Born Evans Zangazanga, the former member of the Atumwi duo hinted that the title track album is a thank you to God.

“I have gone through challenging times for me to reach where I am now; Nthunzi, which is shade in English, is a depiction of how God has been faithful to me and, as I am talking now, God is my shade,” he said.
