Samalani maso popewa khungu

Khungu ndi amodzi mwa matenda a maso opeweka.

“Khungu limadza mwadzidzidzi kapena pang’onopang’ono,” adatero mkuluyu.

“Munthu wakhungu amakanika kugwira ntchito, kupanga maphunziro, kuyenda, komanso kusonkhana ndi anzake pa zochitika zosiyanasiyana,” adatero katswiriyu.

Ngakhale khungu ndi loopsa, katswiriyu watsindika kuti pali kuthekera kothana nalo kuti asayale maziko pa moyo wa munthu.

Iye adapereka chitsanzo monga kuyezetsa maso pafupipafupi ku chipatala, kupereka zakudya za Vitamini A kwa ana, komanso kuchita ukhondo.

“Pamene ana akupatsidwa Vitamini A wokwanira anthu akuluakulu akuyenera kuchititsa opaleshoni diso kapena maso awo akapanga ng’ala chifukwa imaika maso pa chiopsezo cha khungu,” adatero katswiriyu.

Mwamadi adalangiza anthu kuti pamene akukumana ndi vuto la maso azithamangira ku chipatala osati kugwiritsa ntchito mankhwala azitsamba.

“Zitsamba zina ndi dziphe zimene zikhoza kuyika maso awo pa chiswe,” adatero Mwamadi. n
