Rookies Kamuzu Barracks (KB) will be gunning for maximum points in welcoming Big Bullets at Civo Stadium on Sunday, but for the hosts’ custodian Victor Nangwale, the motivation comes from somewhere else.

“I am on a personal crusade; a mission to finish the league with most clean sheets. My wish is also to do the same when meeting Bullets,” declared the towering shot stopper on Thursday when asked about his perspective of the Bullets match.

The two teams’ first round meeting ended 1-1, but what Nangwale remembers most this season is that he did not concede a goal in most of the encounters..

In the first round, KB beat Blantyre United (2-0), Mighty Wanderers (1-0) and Epac FC (1-0) and drew 0-0 against Mafco.

Last Sunday, Bullets lost 1-0 to Blue Eagles.

Bullets coach Eddington Ng’onamo, who welcomes from suspension Sankhani Mkandawire and Yamikani Tambala, wants nothing short of three points in the bag.

“The boys are determined as this is a must-win game for us. We need to move up the table,” Ng’onamo said on Thursday about the Bullets who lie third on 31 points whereas KB are fourth from the bottom on 16 points.
