Thanks for the handbag advice!

Thanks for the short article on cleaning out our handbags, featured on Sunday, July 17th. Apart from one woman that I worked with, who had an impeccably arranged bag that left me green with envy, all the others I’ve come across are very unsavoury, including my own.

I spend a considerable amount of time rifling through the bag trying to get my phone or a set of car keys. Some of my bags are torn on the inside and things often end up in compartments I didn’t initially put them!

I have been meaning to clean out and mend my bags, but just never got down to doing it. Your article, however, moved me to action and I would like to thank you. I have purchased several toilet bags in which I keep cosmetics, keys and paperwork separately and clean out my bag every night.
