Weak kwacha confuses DStv subscribers

Listen to this article

DStv subscribers in Salima have asked Multichoice to stop changing charges anyhow as the tendency is confusing them.

Multichoice marketing manager Titania Katenga-Kaunda told the subscribers that DStv charges are fixed to  the dollar and any changes in their charges are due to the exchange rates of the day.

Katenga-Kaunda clarified changes in DStv charges at a cocktail her company organised for its subscribers in Salima.

“We have noted that charges of the compact, compact plus and full bouquets keep on changing. Please, find stable charges for your products,” said Noel Phoya, a Multichoice client.

Kaunda said the company has an in-house bank which charges based on the exchange rates on the market that day.

She, however, said the company welcomes feedback from its clients to improve its services.

Katenga-Kaunda pledged a fun-filled season next month which will include Big Brother show.
