“Atusaye is interested in Tuks because he gets to play often. I do not expect him to stay at SuperSport, he will probably leave,” a source told www.goal.com.

The website adds that Nyondo took part in the majority of Tuks’ campaign with coach Steve Barker who has sung the attacker’s praises all season.

Nyondo and strike partner Geoffrey Massa formed a formidable unit upfront and combined to score over 10 goals for the Pretoria outfit.

“He is a good guy. He understands the role we both have to play. He can communicate well with the other players. When there are two strikers on the field, it is always important to keep communicating well. I like playing with him, we work well together,” Massa told Soccer Laduma recently.

Nyondo is in the Flames camp and featured in the 2-0 win over Chad in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations first round, first leg at Kamuzu Stadium last Saturday.

Despite SuperSport looking to add a striker to their ranks, an employee of the club has told Goal.com  that Nyondo has not done enough to secure a spot in coach Cavin Johnson’s side and the club has opted not to retain his services.
