Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes or green bananas (if you ask at the market there’s a special type of banana that can be cooked)

1 ½ cups groundnut (peanut) flour

3 cups water

salt to taste

Method:

—Prepare potatoes or bananas by cutting into large, bite sized pieces and boiling until just tender.

—Add groundnut flour and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes.

—Serve with rice or nsima or eat just like that.
