The Blantyre Keswick Convention begins on August 31 and is scheduled to run for a week.

Secretaries of the convention, Apostle Raphael Chikwakwa and Pastor Edward Mikwamba, said in an interview this week that the convention will be held at Blantyre Baptist Church under the theme: “Holiness.”

Chikwakwa said the 2014 gathering will bring together international and local speakers.

Mikwamba said Pastor Jeremiah Chikhwaza is expected to teach on holy character, Reverend Fletcher Kaiya on coming out clean with money, Reverend Takemore Bumhudza on modesty and dress, while evangelist Stella Kapanga will be talking about holiness in speech.

“Also on the agenda will be breakthrough prayers for the deadly Ebola. We want to ask God to heal those affected by the pandemic as well as our economy in accordance with 2 Chronicles 7 from verses 13,” said Mikwamba.

He said other activities will be performances by different choirs.
