Love-stricken souls raid Lilongwe

Soul Raiders will hold a summer night reggae experience at Hotel Africana, Lilongwe City Centre on Saturday— reclaiming the place of varsity vibes in Malawi’s live performance culture.

This is the first time the University of Malawi’s Chancellor College graduates behind Angels In Disguise album are holding a concert since their co-vocalist Marcus Joel Suzi wedded his long-time sweetheart Judith Kachingwe on September 29.

This week, Suzi, whose hoarse voice adds a touch of the iconic Gramps Morgan and Peter Tosh to Prince Martin’s act, unleashed pictures of the glamorous event and it appears the newlyweds are already enjoying their new life together. —James Chavula, Staff Writer
