Sunbird Capital hosts children’s Christmas party
Sunbird Tourism Limited will tomorrow host a Children’s Christmas Party at the Capital Hotel where apart from walking away with gifts, the children will have a special treat from Santa.
“We have organised a lot of activities before, during and after Christmas as part of our festive season offer. At the Children’s Christmas party, kids between the ages of 4 and 10 years, will have fun competitions such as Tug of War, Treasure hunt, dancing contest and catwalk.
“There are assorted fun prizes to be won like toys and candy outdoor games with Father Christmas including ox-cart rides, jumping castle, face painting, picture colouring, egg carrying race, bubble blowing, moving chair among others,” said Innocent Sopani Nyirenda, assistant food and beverage manager for the hotel.
Apart from the children’s treat, the hotel has also organised special treats for its regular customers.
“We have a Christmas Day luncheon of a buffet with Turkey and Christmas pudding. We also have a seven day Malingunde Bar feast special from Christmas Eve to December 31,” he said adding that delicious meals will be served.
