What you will stop doing
Dear Editor,
Last week’s Gears for Careers column was true and talked straight to my inner being and that of many others who read it.
Usually in life, we try to say that we should concentrate to do things that will make us achieve our goals and yet we have so many other things weighing us down and those that make us fail to even get a promotion at work.
It’s just like when you talk of Spring-cleaning your wardrobe, to bring new stuff, you need to do the same with your life. You can’t bring in the new when the things that bring you down are still there, that will not help.
Vera Ng’oma was on point and I want to let her know that I read her articles.

My eyes were opened
The article on being spiritual without being religious was an eye opener, especially since I have heard people interchangeably use the words.
Every Woman has proved to be a mine for information and I continue to read it weekly because of what I gain out of it.
Thank you Every Woman and keep up the good work.
