The eagerly awaited K500 million sponsorship-signing ceremony between Big Bullets FC and Nyasa Manufacturing Company (NMC) is scheduled for Monday in Blantyre.
Bullets chairperson Samuel Chilunga yesterday confirmed that the two parties will put pen to paper on the five-year deal at @tmosph3re Grill and Lounge at Mandala.

“It is a private function and it will be strictly by invitation.
“Apart from the representatives from the two parties, journalists have also been invited so that we can share with them the details pertaining to this partnership agreement, including expectations from both sides,” said Chilunga.
The Bullets boss also hinted at the possibilities of unveiling some new players and kit.
Although the partnership agreement will be officially signed on Monday, the deal came into effect on January 1 and the team’s name has since changed to Nyasa Big Bullets.
Early this month, Chilunga told our sister paper The Nation that they have already started getting monthly tranches of the sponsorship.
Nyasa managing director Demo Kalaitzis said being the only cigarette manufacturing company whose brands are produced using 100 percent Malawian tobacco leaf, they expect a successful partnership with the domestic football powerhouse. n
