He is also expected to report at National Police Headquarters in Lilongwe every Friday.

Chisale was arrested on November 14 this year and is answering charges of using insulting language, intimidation and obstructing justice.

National Police spokesperson Peter Kalaya stated earlier statement that Chisale’s arrest followed complaints by some public officers that he was obstructing justice.

Chisale was arrested barely a week after he was granted an interview by Zodiak Broadcasting Station in which he claimed victimisation by some government officers.
