Bullets, Wanderers eyeing consecutive victories
FCB Nyasa Bullets and Silver Strikers will be hoping to extend their unbeaten record in week seven of TNM Super League.
Bullets host Chitipa United at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre while the Nomads are on the road as they play Creck Sporting Club at Aubrey Dimba Stadium in Mchinji.

Leaders Bullets on Wednesday registered their fourth consecutive victory after defeating PremierBet Dedza Dynamos 1-0 at Dedza Stadium.
They comfortably lead the log table with 12 points.
Bullets coach Peter Mponda in a pre-match interview said he was confident that they will make it five out of five.
He said: “It will be a tough game. Chitipa United’s playing style tends to trouble us and with the match at Kamuzu Stadium, we expect them to be a tough opponent.
“Nevertheless, I believe with the hunger that my players have, we will get the results.”
In 2023, Chitipa United registered their first victory over Bullets.
But they now face the Blantyre giants, who are revitalised folowing the arrival of their legend Mponda, who replaced Zimbabwean Kallisto Pasuwa at the beginning of the season.
The coach, however, said he has warned his players against complacency.
He said: “They [players] are feeling good that they are playing good football and are also winning games. Firstly, we have warned them against complacency because the results they got from the four games, they did not just come on a silver platter, they worked hard to get those results.
“But also winning those four games convincingly with good performance gives them a lot of confidence that yes, we are playing Chitipa is a tough team but we need another three points.”
Meanwhile, Wanderers, who moved second after defeating Mafco 2-0 on Thursday, are hoping to keep the pressure on Bullets.
With a game in hand, the Nomads will be out to maintain their unbeaten record in three matches, while praying that Bullets stumble against Chitipa.
Looking ahead to the match coach Bob Mpinganjira said it will be a tough encounter.
He said: “We are playing away which makes the fixture very tricky.
“But we are ready for them. We are confident of getting the result.”
