Cherrywood Estate has unveiled a loyalty cards programme to reward guests for their continued support since the lodge opened in February 2022.
Speaking during the launch in Blantyre, the lodge’s assistant manager Sibongile Nyirenda said the initiative is aimed at making every guest’s stay memorable while giving back to loyal customers.
“We launched this loyalty programme to thank our clients for the support they have given us. Guests who accumulate nights at Cherrywood will now enjoy discounts, free meals, free nights, and access to exclusive services like gym and swimming,” she said.
The programme has four tiers; bronze, awarded after 10 nights in three months, silver after 25 nights in six months, gold after 50 nights in a year, and platinum after 100 nights in a year. Rewards range from complimentary nights and meals to discounts, early check-in, late check-out, and full access to the gym and pool.
Nyirenda said what sets Cherrywood apart is its 38 fully-equipped rooms, uninterrupted power supply, and flexible packages.
“Every room is fitted with utensils and modern facilities. Even during blackouts, guests can still enjoy TV, internet, and charging through our inverters and generator backup. Whether it’s a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartment, the quality remains the same,” she added.
Room rates range from K185,000 to K350,000 per night, with discounts for stays of 15 days or more.
Cherrywood Estate says the programme will strengthen relationships with returning guests and position the lodge as a customer-focused hospitality destination in Blantyre.
