CTS Courier Service has expanded its operations by opening five new branches to enhance customer service and accessibility.
The newly launched outlets are located in Ndirande, Lunzu, Green Corner, Area 23 in Lilongwe, and Matawale in Zomba.
Speaking at the official opening ceremony in Ndirande, CTS Courier Blantyre Branch Manager, Anthony William, said the expansion aligns with the company’s mission to provide fast and reliable courier services to more customers.
“We understand the increasing demand for efficient courier services, and by opening these new outlets, we aim to bring our services closer to the people. Our goal is to ensure that customers can send and receive packages conveniently and affordably,” he said.
In his remarks, one of the Ndirande residents, Dalitso Mindano, commended CTS Courier for opening the shop in the area, saying it will ease the challenges they previously faced in traveling long distances to send parcels.
“This is a great relief for us because we no longer have to travel far just to send or receive packages. CTS has truly made life easier for the people of Ndirande,” he said.
The new outlets are expected to improve accessibility and efficiency in parcel delivery services across the regions.
