CTS Courier scoops Superbrand award

CTS Courier has been named the second best courier service at the Institute of Marketing in Malawi (IIMM) Superbrand Awards held at Amaryllis Hotel, a recognition the company says affirms its steady progress and commitment to service improvement.

Limbe branch manager and public relations assistant Vanessa Kameza said the award has motivated the team to do more.

“Being named second best tells us that progress is being noticed, but it also reminds us that excellence is ongoing work. It is both encouragement and a responsibility to keep improving,” she said.

Kameza attributed the recognition to consistency and adaptability, noting that teams operate under challenging conditions but continue to deliver. She added that the award reflects customer trust and patience.

“Many stay engaged not because the service is perfect, but because they recognise effort, accountability and a willingness to improve,” she said.

She added that the accolade is a checkpoint rather than a finish line, pushing CTS to refine systems and listen more closely to customers. CTS Courier is owned by a Jacqueline Bokosi , operates 34 branches across Blantyre, Lilongwe, Zomba and Mzuzu, offering affordable and reliable courier services to Malawians.
