Gwamba drops new single
Hip hop musician Gwamba has dropped a new single titled Daily, which features Afro artists Kelly Kay and a new kid on the music bloc, Kennedy.
The song, which tackles the plight of a husband, was officially released yesterday night.
In an interview Gwamba said Daily strives to give hope to struggling husbands who spend sleepless nights thinking on how they are going to take care of their families.
“There are times some husbands get at the verge of losing their wives as they struggle to provide their needs or for the family. The struggle becomes real when the wife happens to be from a well-to-do family which puts the man under pressure.
But there is no need for them to lose hope because God is in control,” said Gwamba.
He said Daily asks God to bless families of poor men while encouraging them (poor husbands) to work hard and be strong amid fears of losing their wives due to everyday struggles.
Gwamba added that he has picked interest in issue-based music to help lessening the suffering of people in society.
“I believe it’s high time my music tackle, relevant issues that affect people in our society,” he said.
