Lions Theatre at Nanzikambe Arts Café
Lions Theatre led by Thlupego Chisiza will Saturday evening stage Zokora Wazokoto at Nanzikambe Arts Café. The English play written by Chisiza, takes the audience into an exciting journey, full of scenes that create lots of surprises, laughter and anticipation that drains the brain into unexpected dilemma. The show has been pegged at K 700 per head at the door.
Tionge Hango, Lusubilo Band at Nanzikambe
On Sunday afternoon, the Nanzikambe Arts Café will host Tionge Hango and Chibuku Road to Fame one time winners Lusubilo Band. The Karonga-based band is on a one-week national tour that starts in Balaka where they will perform with Andiamo Music School and Anthu Ambiri bands. Then they will travel South to Blantyre and then Thyolo and back to the Central and Northern regions with performances in Lilongwe and Mzuzu. They are expected to perform together with Music Crossroads Band, Komai, Dae Yang Luke, Pamlonga Band and Goma Nyondo. All performances are for free.
