The Malawi Network of Aids Service Organisations (Manaso) recently trained 20 peer educators from different organisations in how to fight HIV and Aids at workplace.

Manaso chief executive officer Lawrence Khonyongwa said the three-day training equipped the educators with knowledge of how to help people living with HIV and Aids at workplace.

He asked the educators to encourage their peers to go for HIV counselling and blood test.

“If we take the fight against HIV and Aids in our places of work, churches and schools, then Malawi will be on its way to achieve zero HIV infection,” said Khonyongwa.
