Natasha and Bassey to host talk shows

Latest Big Brother Africa evictee Sierra Leone’s Bassey says he will not involve Malawi’s Natasha Tonthola in his pursuit in establishing a television show.
This is despite the fact that the Malawian babe was the brains behind the Airtel Picnic Show dubbed the Fatty Nat Show which became popular among the housemates as well as BBA fans.
When the Free Town based actor was swapped to the Diamond house from the Rubies, he started his talk show the Michael Bassey Show, which was similar to that of Natasha.
“The shows are different and therefore I will not include Natasha in my bid to establish a talk show back home,” he said when asked about the whole idea of running a TV show which is a brainchild of another person.
After the Diamond and Ruby houses merged on Friday last week Bassey held the Michael Bassey Show on Saturday afternoon and had interviews with Emerald housemates Eveva and Alusa who opened up on their lives and motives to enter the BBA house.
Called the Michael Bassey Show, the show maintained the original idea as the Fatty Nat show which had been initiated by Natasha to avoid boredom in the house and to let viewers know a little more about the housemates, information which she said IK would not be able to extract upon eviction.
Upon return from BBA, Natasha hinted that she wants to take the show to another level and will work on proposals to companies such as Airtel to fund her ambition.

“I want to talk to Airtel and possibly MNet so that it becomes a continental television show. I don’t want to lie that I can write proposals so I should be working on them through consultations within the next three months,” said the bubbly Natasha.
