Blocked_roadA downpour upstream Livulezi River broke its banks, depositing debris from the receding waters atop the bridge that connects some parts of Ntcheu and Dedza. The river borders traditional authorities Ganya of Ntcheu and Chakhumbira of Dedza. A group of National Bank of Malawi employees, who were coming from Ganya’s area, mobilised the community to clear the bridge to cross.—Yvonne Sundu, Staff Reporter
