Sulumba seeks to rejoin Creck
Striker Muhammad Sulumba is expected to rejoin Creck Sporting Club after parting ways with Libyan outfit Al Nasr Zliten.
The former FCB Nyasa Bullets and Mighty Wanderers forward joined the Libyan Second Division side in January this year on a season-long contract.
However, the club did not renewed Sulumba’s contract despite the player contributing to the team’s position four finish in the second tier league with seven goals, due to foreign quota restrictions.

According to the Libyan Football Federation regulations, a club may sign a maximum of three foreign players.
The rules and regulations, however, allow clubs to sign three players from North African countries such as Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia.
In an interview yesterday, Sulumba said he was available to rejoin Creck Sporting.
He said: “Yes, I am back and I am available to re-join the club.”
Meanwhile, Creck Sporting board chairperson Muhammad Seleman, in an interview, said they will proceed with negotiations with the marksman.
He said: “Sulumba has informed me that he is back in the country. Creck is the team of his choice. We agreed, when he left, that he would be back.
“It will be easy for him to re-join Creck this time around. He does not need to convince anyone. We will proceed with seeking approval to have him back in the team.”
Sulumba’s return will help to boost Creck’s offensive, which has relied on George Chiomba.
