As part of the recognition, the top three performers Linda Moyo, Hectone Bauleni, and James Mandiza have been rewarded with an all-expenses-paid holiday to Cape Town, South Africa, along with their spouses. Speaking on the initiative, TNM’s Acting Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer, Chisomo Governor, emphasized the company’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and motivating employees to achieve outstanding results.

“At TNM, we firmly believe that our employees are the backbone of our success, and we deeply value their contributions. Last year marked a significant turnaround from a loss-making position, a feat we attribute to the dedication and hard work of our employees,” she said.

She explained that TNM recognized one employee from each division and selected three overall top performers.

“The divisional awardees have each received K1 million, while the three outstanding performers will enjoy a trip to Cape Town with their partners. We hope this recognition will inspire them to continue excelling,” Governor added.

One of the top awardees, TNM Mpamba’s Business Development Manager for the Central and Northern regions Linda Moyo, expressed her gratitude for the recognition.

“I have mixed emotions—I’m excited, surprised, and truly honored because I did not expect this. I thank God for this achievement and TNM for acknowledging my hard work and dedication,” she said.

Moyo added that the trip to South Africa presents an opportunity for personal and professional growth, motivating her to strive for even greater achievements in 2025.

“To be recognized, one needs determination, dedication, and the willingness to go above and beyond expectations. This award reinforces my commitment to contributing to TNM’s continued success,” she said.
