Wadabwa signs for Arrows

Patience has finally paid of for Flames attacker Peter Wadabwa who signed for South Africa Premier Soccer League side Golden Arrows on Wednesday at an undisclosed fee.

“Long at last, PSL here I come. It has been a long wait in the National First Division. Thank you lord,” the ex-Super Escom player posted on his facebook wall.

Wadabwa has played in the National First Division for Thanda Royal Zulu and now bounces back to the PSL where he previously signed for Jomo Cosmos but never had a run before he was loaned back to Silver Strikers then Escom.

magazine on Tuesday reported that the deal with Arrows was almost sealed.

Peter Mponda signed for Arrows in 2000 put never fulfilled the contract. He opted to sign for Ottawa Wizards of Canada.
